Working between 2 offices 1 and Washington State one and Nevada it was very well orchestrated and everybody was very patient and this helped work through the process
Refi took about 4 months, with repeated requests for the same forms and information, multiple calls to my employer. Should not be such a prolonged and repetitive process.
Great responses. Everyone on the team is very knowledgeable.
Customer service
More communication. I would have appreciated people not assuming that I knew what was needed/expected.
Communication from Scott and Soy was excellent. They responded very quickly to any requests or concerns and answered all my questions. They made the process easy to navigate. I would definitely work with them again.
Dan and team are great. The only thing that could be improved is the Caliber Home Loans website.
Communication with the second time we tried to refinance was much better and I appreciate Kevin explaining numbers in the disclosure.
