Excellent response time
I talked to too many different people and never had a point person. Also all emails from Caliber cc'd multiple people. And when I had an issue, someone totally new called me back.
Level of responsiveness
Dan took the time to explain the loan proves to me and was very quick to respond to questions and was able to clearly answer them.
