Honesty/Integrity at the Financial Matters as well as Well-Comprehension of the Subject Matter Experties made Daniel Peck Team GREAT.
Dan & team are great. There were there to answer any questions and when a hiccup came up, they fixed it quickly and closed early anyways. Very impressed.
Everyone on the Caliber team was efficient and communicative. A lot of the closing documents from Timios had errors that we had reviewed with Caliber and were correct on your end but not Timios.
Some things were not explained completely, and some forms with completed with not 100% accurate information.
