Fast communication and attention to detail
Everyone was so kind and helped me walk through the procedures that were needed. I would have been lost without them!!
Mortgage applications can be time-intensive. The whole process was efficient and pleasant. Not at all like a larger financial institution where documentation almost goes to the level of requesting a blood type.
Super communication with Tracy Palmer. I'm a newbie and she always answered my questions quickly, during off hours and weekends and without making me feel like a newbie.
