Better communication. I was told we would close over a month after we actually closed. Not Dans fault, I barely dealt with Dan and when I did he was great. Most of the time I dealt with James. I had to text or call him a lot to get answers...

Clearer communication about papers. Was told papers werent acceptable but not why they were acceptable until my daughter in law got involved.
Dan was very helpful and walked me thru every step.

I would say that Dan and James were great they kept me informed as our loan process was moving and if I call and left a message I had a return call promptly.Dan even came to our closing signing which made us feel special:)
