    Dan takes time to explain every part of the process. He is very patient and has the heart of a teacher when explaining things I didn’t understand. He is was very accessible throughout the whole process!

    Dan was great but the levels of redundancy involved with the vetting process and the lack of concise organization of closing documents made the process more of a choir than my previous experience with other mortgage companies.
