Dan Bray

Ocean Lending and all of its support staff offered a good, fair deal and delivered what they promised when they promised it. A special thank you to Michael Miller for all his efforts and patience.

Great rates with fast communication.

Dan and his entire team, especially Mike Miller, were very responsive to my requests and questions. They made the refinancing process as easy as possible and kept me informed of the status. I would highly recommend Ocean Lending!

Dan and his entire Team, especially Mike Miller was amazing! We appreciate all the extra hard work they put in to make it a great experience. They were always positive, fought through a few bumps (on our original lenders) and made it happen!...

Better and more thorough communication from Dan’s staff

Quick response back in question and emails!

Everything. The communication was constant and easy. The availability of the personnel, their speedy response and how fast everything was processed.

Dan was able to get us a great rate for our home purchase in Oregon and helped us through all our questions and to closing on time.

Dan and his team are able to secure funding faster than anyone else I know! The whole process is seem less with no last minute issues that would jeopardize funding. Thank you Dan!

We had a few issues, but Destin was able to work them out. Can't say enough good things about him. Destin was professional, pleasant and easy to talk to.
