The amount I was provided for cash to close was off by almost $1,000.00. It is going on 3 weeks and I still do not have my money from the title company.
Damon was always on top of things and made sure to keep us updated throughout the whole process.
Ease of communication. Ease of document review/signing. Excellent follow up from Damon. Answered all questions satisfactorily. Damon met expectations and made the process a lot easier than anticipated.
