    The lender is terrific , great communication and knowledge. but the process for refinances is very slow right now due to the market activity. I use Tidewater and Damon for almost every buyer I have when possible.( I am a Realtor) .

    I’ve known Damon for a while, but hadn’t had an opportunity to work with him until now. Great to work with, but what I appreciated the most was the advice. Damon will definitely be my first call if/when I need a mortgage again.
