More frequent communication and information update.
Dale was wonderful. While we did have a couple of issues with communication from his team, he was incredibly quick to rectify the issue and keep us in the loop. We've already recommended him to a few of our friends!

Great Experience with everyone we were in contact with from beginning to end.
Their attention to detail, and efficient. and professional manner in which they handle our refinance.
But still took the time to go over and explain any questions we may have had.
This wasn’t a typical loan. So I appreciated the work that was put in to making it work .
