Very honest, that is the #1 thing for me. I want the straight up numbers. I felt like I was dealing with friends and felt totally comfortable the whole experience.
Simple. Fantastic! Great experience!
There were some delays and miscommunications during the process that could’ve been handled better. I do believe that the COVID-19 situation definitely contributed to those so it wasn’t that big a deal.
