Great in my mind is not the best. Securing a mortgage is a laborious and painful process. Not Dale's fault, he was great.

Our issues were with late delivery of closing documents to us, our Realtor and the closing attorneys. Also, the attorney had to wait for mortgage funds to be delivered. Since the closing date was known, it seems like document preparation could...
