Just overall communication with Dale. He was always available when I had questions.
Was so kind and patient, seems to really care about his clients. And he communicated extremely well. I felt very safe with him from beginning to end.

Dale was exceptional, any questions we had, anytime there were stuff to be signed he explained exactly what we were signing. Can't recommend Dale enough! He showed up to our closing, which was a pleasant surprise!
From start to finish Dale has been an absolute trooper, any questions we had he'd answer regardless of if it was past business hours. We definitely felt like a priority through the whole process.
Dale Gross always goes above and beyond for his customers. You’ll never go wrong in letting him guide you through this process!!!

Electronic signing made this process so easy. It worked perfect with my work schedule but Dale also made sure to follow up with me if I had any questions. All around I had a great experience as a first time home buyer!
