Dale was really fast getting back to me when I had any questions or needed help getting documents or sending them.
He was in contact with me almost daily through e-mail, text and phone for any issues or changes that would occur.
Dale, did a great job of being personable and being able to explain the different options available. He was also prompt with his responses and keeping us informed on what was happening with our refinance and what steps needed to be taken.
