Straightforward and willing to explain everything in detil. Made it easy for a first time homebuyer to grasp what's going on, there's a lot of moving pieces so that communication is essential.
My husband and I are young and new to this experience, and Dan was the perfect person for us to learn from. He was so extremely patient and honest with us. He taught us so much and was always there when we had questions.

Dan was amazing.He is a keeper.I would use him again. He explained everything in a nicely manner even though there was a hiccup we me and another Maria Lopez but that was not his fault.
