Cynthia Laudick

I've worked with Cynthia for the past 3 years & every time gets more enjoyable!! Would recommend 100%

Cynthia and her team were exceptional! I was referred to her through a real estate professional. I used to think that all mortgage companies were the same until this experience. They provided a smooth, prompt, step by step, and clear communication...

Cynthia made this process easy to understand and was available to answer any questions along the way.

Thanks again Cynthia! We miss you ;-)

As first time home buyers we had a ton of questions - all of which Cynthia answered thoroughly and quickly! She was extremely helpful and so friendly. We would absolutely recommend her!

Cynthia's professionalism shines through again! As a realtor, I have worked with Cynthia on many real estate transactions, she is simply amazing! 5 stars for professionalism, communication, knowledge, expertise, and we can't forget her personality!...

Cynthia was awesome! She was very transparent, explained everything well, and was always well prepared. She made our first home purchase a breeze!

We’ve worked with The Mortgage Company twice now for an initial home mortgage and then a refinance. Both times have been seamless, and Cynthia and her team made the whole process super easy! Will definitely recommend The Mortgage Company to...

Great communication! Very knowledgeable.

Fantastic team!!! Refinancing a home is rarely enjoyable, but the members of this trustworthy team make it possible.
