Cynthia was great every step of the way. She made my life very easy by guiding me through the process, keeping me informed, and providing reminders and gentle nudges when she needed me to follow-up with additional information. I would definitely...

Cynthia was very professional is all our communications and worked with us in spite of difficult construction delays.

Everything went smoothly, happened in good time and was communicated clearly.

Cynthia is knowledgeable and personable in every possible way. She listens carefully to our needs and goals and looks at every possible solution. We cannot say enough about what an wonderful experience this has been!

This refinance was great because it was fast.

Our family can not thank Cynthia and all the staff enough for all the help they gave us! With a complicated scenario, they walked us through the process all the way. Definitely will be recommending the Mortgage Company to everyone going forward....

Cynthia continues to be so helpful! She advised us on next steps and was able to get us exactly what we needed.

Cynthia is super nice and very responsive. She educated me on all my options and helped close on my house successfully!

Overall we were clear to close in ~2 weeks. The process was smooth and asks for different information was up front and not rushed. The dollar values on the closing sheet came in at or below the initial estimates so there were not any surprises...

Cynthia was unbelievable with her follow through, knowledge, and ability to get things done quickly! She was a Saint!
