Cy and UCB have good, fast response times. Also, he is very helpful and friendly.

I LIKE ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY BAD SERVICE SINCE I HAVE BEEN WITH UNITED. I HOPE I CAN CONTINUE TO BANK THERE FOREVER.

Cy did a great in explaining the process and getting it done as soon as possible.

Cy was very organized and pleasant to work with in the process . He handled all questions and situations in a professional manner All of the UCB people we worked with were outstanding.

The whole staff are great to deal with Cy himself is always helpful anyway he can and does a great job explaining anything you need to know

My experience has always been A+. It's nice to be able to call your local bank when in your in a bind and speak with a friendly and professional person, like Cy. The whole staff is amazing!
