Although the court said there were no liens or conveyances on the property the underwriters kept requesting an old loan be resolved that was no longer applicable.
This loan has helped to pay off some outstanding loans that I had. Will save me a lot of money and interest. help me get out of debt and increase my cash flow. Thanks AAG
