A little delay got us in the house a tad late, but they worked very hard and did great to get us in the house as soon as possible.
Our deal about fell apart a few times. We were told one date we could close, made plans to close on that day. It did not happen. We had to put nonrefundable money up to keep the deal together, we were had to scramble to find a place to stay...
