She was quick to respond and kind in her response to all my questions. I also really appreciated the videos she created to explain the process as we went.
Going through this process can be very overwhelming, and Crystal does a great job taking it step by step to ensure everything is done on time and a without any problems.
She made it easy for me to submit everything I needed even being on the road and not having much access or time to submit information.
