Crystal communicated frequently and very clearly. When we needed a pre-approval late on a Friday night to put in an offer, she was quick to get us what we needed.

Crystal went above and beyond to help us get approved for a loan. Our situation was tricky, extra steps were needed for the loan to be accepted. She was very informative and stayed in contact promptly. It was great working with Crystal!
