Overall it was a very good experience. We thought for relatively low amount of the loan, it took a bit longer that expected, but were happy with the experience.

Crystal is very good at her job, very professional and pleasant to work with, she maintained constant contact with us and was very helpful and reassuring as we were anxious and stressed due to illness and recent loss in the family.
