Lot of my phone calls when unanswered
Crystal was always keeping everything updated and she always made herself easy to contact. She gave great advice and help whenever it was needed. She made the home buying process easier.
The entire process was very smooth and minimized the stress in a high stress situation. Staff was friendly, available, and helpful at every turn.
Calls were not answered or returned, and emails sent were not responded to in a timely manner or at all.
Understood our needs and want. Took us when someone else fell through. Responded quickly and efficiently, always professional.
