    I think information regarding the actual closing should be given sooner. However, I don't believe that Crystal had any control over that.

    Some better communication, when I couldnt get ahold of crystal I felt I couldnt ask her secretary, she came off as very aggravated to have to answer any questions or take any notes, overall good experiance but more communication and a better...
