I would recommend using them as property managers for your properties as well as actually rent properties that they oversee!!
Crossview manages 2 properties for us. Living 600 miles away from our properties made us nervous but they have been wonderful to work with and provide excellent service taking care of our renters needs! Give them a shot if you need someone...
