Craig was so pleasant and helpful during the whole experience, making sure that we fully understood every aspect. In today's world, this is a breath of fresh air!
Anything financial is not enjoyable so how could dealing with a ton of paperwork be great. It was as good as dealing with this type of situation could be. Craig was a very pleasant person to deal with and was good at explaining things.
