Craig was totally transparent through every step of the process. He was available to answer any and all questions I had... he took a lot of the stress out of an extremely stressful time.
Craig was very transparent about the entire process and available to answer questions at all times. He made the experience much less stressful than previous experiences I have had.

I am fairly tech hindered. He helped me along the way, never seemed agitated and was very patient with me. Answered my questions in a very timely fashion. He seemed to be on top of things very quickly yet not anxious.
