Craig did a fantastic job start to finish! It was easy to get the requested docs over, scheduling the apraisal was easy and closing was on time and...easy!
The process was smooth and straightforward, there was minimal stress related to the process.
Craig was very pleasant to deal with. He always followed thru with what he said he would do He called back in a timely manner which is important.
Everything was great. From the loan process all the way to my remote closing. The NFM team kept me informed and up to date on everything

Craig and Penny worked really great with us. The really were there to help us and guide us through the beginning all the way to closing day. It was a longer process than usual but Craig and his team remained patient and helpful.
