Craig was amazing! He was very communicative, answered all our questions regardless the time, day or location! In one of the most important days of our lives he was right there making sure we were aware of everything.

Communication, explainations provided of the process were very concise. The portal was very user friendly. Overall great process flow that is used by First Horizon.
