Joe is the man! We couldn't have done it without him! He has helped us with our condo and now our house. He makes the process as easy as possible and was able to help with any questions we threw at him.
If anyone buying in Alabama needs a fantastic realtor, contact Janet Hughes. She's made such an occasion out of my Mentone land purchase, and I appreciate her getting everything done on time from the survey to the (seller) appraisal.
