The communication between everyone was super easy, and any questions we had were answered quickly. Wonderful individuals who were there to help educate us on what we needed to have done, and as well very nice.

You always got back to my emails and answered any questions that I had.
The time to process was to slow. A few items were overlooked.
Corey was patient and explained how to get the loan and he did a great job with all of his helpers in the office
Not having to provide multiple copies of financial documentation, not having to take 3 distributions from retirement account to show income since re-fi process took so long, and having to go to title office twice to sign final documents.
