We were able to schedule a diagnostic appointment within an hour of calling, but that's pretty much the only helpful part. The tech GLUED two hard-to-remove stickers onto our furnace without asking and did not end up giving us any new information....

Today I was very please as always with my technician Sean Haynes. He thoroughly service both of my systems and explained in detail how the sequence of operation works in heat mode. I definitely will recommended cool air and Sean to my friends....

Cool Air intially installed a heat pump in 2012, complete with duct work and did a great job with the install. I recently had an issue with no heat and called Cool Air on a Saturday morning. Cool Air came out earlier than the appointment time...

The team at Cool Air was very professional and prompt with the repairs on our AC unit. Chevy was a pleasure to work with as he was able to diagnose the issue quickly and help get the work done right away.
