Problem is not solved. Technician said he waited half an hour and no noise came out and also he checked it out. Nothing is wrong which he didn’t. He just walked around. I don’t know what chicken is. He didn’t even go downstairs. He just walked...

I get service twice a year for hvac and they’re always on time and professional, and seem to be honest about services and upselling. I did some research and they were less expensive than my previous provider.
