Bikram Malhan came to give me options on purchasing a HAVC system. He explained all of my options to terms that I understood. He was very professional and personable, and I was impressed with his knowledge of the different levels available.
Our situation is complicated and we're still deciding on which service provider to go with, but Stan was a huge asset to his company!
Vernon was timely, professional and efficient. He went to work immediately and explained everything well, him and his partner did an excellent job and cleaned up was excellent. Would highly recommend their service.

Met with the sales technician for costs and options on a new HVAC unit. Very knowledgeable and professional. Explained their systems and options very clearly. Just waiting on a competitor cost to make a decision.
Needed HVAC inspection to see if Feb 1 install by another company was up to code and warranty specs. Bryan A was very knowledgeable, candid, and insightful. Thanks for the professional job.
On time, extremely professional, very knowledgeable. Knew how to put things in layman terms and provide multiple options to suit the need from very best to just very good. When we do decide to move forward it will be with Tim and Cool Air.
