Great work and problem solving for ac unit and respectable to the customer if they don't know anything about ac unit other than it keeps the house cold and warm.
I have an annual maintenance contract with Cool Air. It is easy to schedule visits and the technicians are punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. Great to work with.
From the techs that installed my new a/c unit to the electricians that came out to figure out what the issues were. They all were professional, nice, pleasant and knew exactly what they were doing. Would recommend them to anyone.
Julian saved us a couple days before Christmas. Thanks again.
Steven was responsive and clear on the options available to us and moved us forward smartly.
I call on a Sunday, checked the water heater leak on Monday, I requested a replacement of the water heater and it was done professionally on Wednesday morning. We did not have any interruptions in our daily routine activities
Had David visit my place for an initial inspection. True professional, walked me through the price breakdowns and offered couple of alternatives for my HVAC replacement.
