Richard Dittmer is completely competent and conscientious and very trustworthy. He has been out several times and has always been very helpful and knowledgeable. He knows his stuff. I trust him implicitly.
Service was done as scheduled in a very professional and competent manner.
Jerry was an absolute professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem on the same call and explained to me what happened and how i can prevent it in the future. Thanks for the fast response and solution.

Yang was amazing. He was on time, knowledgeable, and patient with the repair. I strongly recommend Yang and CoolAir as your trusted hvac provider.
CoolAir service reps are always on time and professional. In the past, they proactively identified parts/services as being under warranty and thus no charge to us. Our HVAC system is one less thing we need to worry about.
