Very professional presentation.
Damion was tremendous. He shared his opinion based on his knowledge but left decisions up to me. I know my options moving forward. I am glad I have signed an agreement with Cool Air.
I had Fabian here to give me a quote on a new heating + air system.
I thought he was excellent from beginning to end.

Tamir, was great. Professional, compassionate, and a totally nice guy. He had problem to solve and didn't give up until he figured it out.
A very informative and helpful presentation.
Our technician (William), was professional and knowledgeable.
William B came out to check on a problem and was great, as all the Cool Air people have been. My problem went away on its own before he arrived, but he still did a thorough investigation and fixed up a possible issue.
Mr. Wilson did an excellent job in explaining the issues with my units. He was on time and very professional. I would recommend Cool Air and Mr. Wilson. Great job!
Super nice and fixed the AC issue so I could bring my dog back home!
