Cedric Knoght did a great job fixing the drain plug clog,. He stayed, problem solved and fixed the duct work.
Gerry from Cool Air has done a great work. Before and after his work, he walked me through the house and made sure nothing is missed. They also provided 30 day warranty on the cleaning which provides customer peace of mind.
The technician determined there was a mismatch with the low pressure valve sized for a larger cooling coil, which caused the unit to not to complete the cooling cycle to the desired temperature. Parts were ordered and returned 5 days later...
