The whole experience working with Connie was amazing! If there were any questions, she answered them quickly. She worked the rates to get us the lowest she could and gave great advice. We would recommend her and Atlantic Bay to anyone!

You made the process much less stressful by explaining all the steps in plain language and keeping me informed.
Had to copy to many duplicate paper before I knew which ones I needed to copy other than that everything work out wonderful. I need to know who do I send the papers to for disabled Veterans tax exemption?
Had some issues along the way, but were able to work through them and get the closing on time through Connie's help on keeping things moving.
