Due to the circumstances that occurred during this construction CIndy helped with all she could. She was very pleasant and comforting at times I wasn't so happy with what was happening during the build.

I'm sorry you did not have a great experience. Nothing is more important than delivering great customer experiences.
The purchase of the house was not straightforward and the mortgage team was very helpful and responsive. The team was able to make adjustments as needed and overall the purchase was a success!!
