Portal access issues were never fixed. Several items had to be redone due to poor planning. Communication was most often "urgent", again because of perceived poor planning.
Clear communication on what documents we needed to provide. A realistic, expectation of how much money would be needed. Overall straightforward and pleasant experience.
first the personality of everyone takes away any nervousness and makes you feel comfortable
the knowledge that this team has is unbelievable and at any time or day they are willing to help
