We got it closed and we got it closed on time. Little stressful at the end with the docs not coming out until the morning of clothes but I think lending is just a little clunky these days on the bank side…

Ian always does so much prep work with the buyers before they even write an offer. Once they identify a property they’re ready and and know exactly what to expect. It makes the transaction so much smoother.
