Better communication from support staff.
Less run around about the documents needed.
The last minute stress trying could have avoided if underwriting had not played games with the information they "needed".
Crystal is good. My process went smoothly until last minutes when we wired money. We went back and forth so many times to make sure the amount is correct as we know that it was needed to be adjusted. They confirmed the final number is right....
