    Steve and Trinity Oaks provided the right mix of expertise and personalized customer service. We had car trouble on the day we closed, and he went above and beyond to make accommodations, so the closing was not delayed!

    I felt there were too many people with hands in the pot with communication. I believe we would have been better served with limiting communication down to one or two people. Also the miscommunication with the down payment/closing cost was frustrating...
