    Better communication. Did not receive Final statement till 4:30 pm and close was next morning. Underwriting process was redundant.

    Matt was available over the phone and email at any time of day and night for our questions and concerns and was very knowledgeable and efficient in advising us how to proceed with all the steps from getting loan to closing.
