Document signing was confusing

It was so refreshing to work with Joe. He genuinely wanted to help us, he worked late, stayed in contact and kept us updated on everything. He went above and beyond. From the day we contacted joe to the day of our closing was just 3 weeks!...

Moved things along quickly

Joe worked very hard to help me get everything done and was very attentive and worked hard through all my "problems" Stayed in constant contact and answered any questions I had along the way during our very long process.

Process was easy, smooth and informed every step of the way. If I had a question and called, it was answered or returned in moments. I was never left hanging. Jayvin knew me as a person and not as a loan number which made a huge difference....

Jim worked with me during an extended period during A COVID delayed divorce and was always available when I needed him.

Preston was very helpful and walked us through the process and it's many forms. He was able to answer all of our questions and would call immediately if there was an issue, which is much more helpful than an email.
