Jayvin had great advice on what loan type to use and was always able to work around my schedule. He was always quick to respond to any questions and could always be reached.

Steve was always available to answer my questions, he was very knowledgeable, he made the whole process very easy

Great communication, made sure I knew what was going on at all times.

The Communication gap was something I didn't like . Things would be suggested to do and then no follow ups , also my loan officer took a vacation which is fine and normal but couldn't even give me a A courtesy email to let me know he'd be out...
