    This was a long, difficult, drawn out journey. Lance was always available and very patient through the whole process. I feel like he genuinely cared.

    If I emailed, I received an answer or a call back in a reasonable amount of time and sometimes faster than what I was expecting. Everything was able to be done online with minimal contact and with 3/4 time school attendance, that's important....

    When I need to talk or leave a massage he got back to me with in the next day. He also said that his phone is always on.
