Constant communication. Answered everyone of my dumb questions immediately. Easy to talk to and responded in plain English.

When we purchased our home over a year ago we worked with John S. John recently reached out to let us know that the rates were down. We knew that we wouldn’t work with any other company because John has been so good to us.

Communication could have been better. We kept having to call to see what needed done and how to do it. The process took weeks longer than was anticipated. I know the Covid-19 probably added to it though.
